英語文法の**比較級（comparative degree）**について、基礎から分かりやすく解説します。
1. 比較級とは？
比較級は、**2つのもの・人を比べて「どちらがより〜か」**を表す形です。
原級：そのままの形
比較級：より〜だ
最上級：最も〜だ
例：
tall（背が高い）
taller（より背が高い）
tallest（最も背が高い）
2. 比較級の作り方（基本ルール）
① 短い形容詞・副詞（1音節が中心）
語尾に -er をつけます。
つづりの注意
eで終わる → -r だけ
large → larger
「短母音＋子音」で終わる → 子音を重ねる
big → bigger
yで終わる → yをiにして -er
easy → easier
② 長い形容詞・副詞（2音節以上が多い）
前に more を置きます。
3. 不規則な比較級（暗記）
例：
This book is better than that one.

「AはBより〜だ」
例：
She is taller than her sister.
