   　主語が This T-shirt で1つなので、is を使います。
2. read
   　主語が I のとき、動詞に s は付けません。
   　また、過去の文なので read の過去形です。発音は「レッド」です。

   　T-shirt は「T」という子音の音で始まるため、a T-shirt になります。
4. blue
   　blue は「青い」という意味です。
   　bule はスペルミスです。
5. are
   　shoes は複数形なので、are を使います。
